Corozo buttons

We use high quality natural trims, instead of plastic ones, in all our collections. Plastic buttons often end up in the ocean and causes harm to wildlife.

For spring 2020 collection “No Trace” we use corozo buttons

It is made from the corozo (aka tagua) nut/ seed, and it is referred to as the ”vegetable ivory”.
The nuts are harvested and crafted in a social responsible way, not leaving any negative traces
on the forest and providing jobs and a better life to people in impoverished communities.
It is beautiful with its natural grain pattern and very dense and polished surface.
