We offer free standard delivery on all orders within Europe!
We use DHL Go green delivery service, for reduced emissions.
Orders placed before 11:00 am (CET), are usually sent out the same workday and no longer than 3 working days from the time you place the order.
Due to reformation within the brand, the orders placed between 20th October to 1st November, will take longer to receive, than usual. The shipment will be done latest by 1st November.
We are sorry for any inconvenience during this period.
– When you order on the website, you receive a confirmation receipt by e-mail.
– When the parcel is dispatched, you receive DHL tracking information, so you can follow your order.
– Your order will be sent to your closest Parcel Pick- up point. You will get a text message or e-mail when it has arrived and can be picked up.
You can also choose Express Delivery with DHL, for a very low cost. Then it will be delivered to your door.
We accept returns, and offers 14 days for consideration, from the date of your receipt. Returns are at customers own expense. If you want to change size, the new size will be sent for free, once we get the wrong size in return.
– You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason.
– To withdraw from a purchase please send an e-mail to [email protected] after which you will receive instructions and the return address. Additional information on how to cancel your purchase will be included in the confirmation email that we send to you.
– All goods must be returned unused and in same condition as when received with all labels attached.
– Once we have received the goods and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your account. Thereafter, you will receive a full refund within 10 days. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost during return shipping. For you own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.
