Terms & conditions

Welcome to Ores online store (the “Online Store”). The following terms and conditions apply to all orders submitted at the Online Store and covers all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with Ores Store AB (“Ores”; may also be referred to as “us” or“we”). We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. Please note that our terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions every time before placing an order in the Online Store.

A purchase agreement is entered into when your order has been confirmed and an order confirmation has been sent by us to the e-mail address you submitted. We will notify you by e-mail if an ordered item has run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Online Store, in which case we may suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase.

By placing an order at the Online Store you confirm that you are 18 years of age or more, or that you have received your parent’s or guardian’s approval to place an order for the relevant item(s), that any information that you submit to us is true, accurate and complete.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in EURO, GBP, SEK and DKK. We accept card payments by Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and American Express. Payment can also be carried out through Paypal. Ores uses the third party payment platform to process your credit and debit card transactions. By using placing a purchase at the Online Store using Stripe you agree to be bound by Stripe’s from time to time applicable Terms of Service.

All prices include VAT of 25% on orders within EU. We endeavour to avoid information errors but please note that pricing errors can occur. If, for some reason, the price information shown on the Online Store was incorrect when your order was placed, we will give you the option to cancel your order or purchase the item at the correct price. We reserve the right to deny or revoke any purchase if fraudulent activity is suspected.

All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you prior to completing the order.

DELIVERY

All orders fulfilled at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden. Orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same work day. Your orders will always be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days from the time you placed the order.

We currently only deliver to countries within the EU.

Your order will be sent by DHL to your pick-up point.

Ores offer free standard delivery shipping within EU. Express delivery is available at an additional cost, which is displayed at checkout.

Ores can not be held liable for any delays caused by the shipping company.

DELAY

Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.

RETURNS

For all orders within the EU, you always have the opportunity to withdraw from your purchase during 14 days following the day you received your order. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the item(s). To withdraw from a purchase please send an e-mail to [email protected] after which you will receive instructions and the return address. Additional information on how to withdraw from your purchase will also be included in the confirmation email that we send you upon completion of your purchase.

The items(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received with tag attached. Once the items(s) are returned refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card. Returns are at your own expense.

NON-COLLECTED AND RETURNED PACKAGES

You are required to pick up your order within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We will charge you an amount of SEK 250 to handle uncollected items. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.

ACCESS TO THE ONLINE STORE

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide in our Online Store, at any time and for any reason, without notice to you. We will not be liable for any reason if our Online Store is unavailable at any time or for any period.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Should you find an item that is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order to us.

We will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date the returned item is received by us, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing in the Online Store are fully equivalent to the clothes’ actual colors. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

GOVERNING LAW

The terms and Conditions as well as all disputes and claims arising hereof and of using or shopping at the Online Store shall be governed by the laws of Sweden and shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Sweden.
